Processing Time:
Most orders ship within 1–2 weeks of purchase. Pre-orders typically take 4-12 weeks for restock and are shipped within 1-2weeks from restock date.

Delivery:
Standard shipping is via USPS or UPS. Orders typically arrive within 5 business days after shipment. All orders include tracking — you’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.

Addresses:
Orders are shipped to the address entered at checkout. Please double-check your shipping info — I’m unable to issue refunds for incorrect addresses.
If you’ve placed a pre-order and may move before fulfillment, please leave a note on your order or email me directly.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
Lucky Lotus Needlepoint is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once scanned by the carrier. Please file a claim with the carrier if this occurs — and email info@luckylotusneedlepoint.com so I can help however possible.

Free Shipping:
Orders over $200 in the U.S. ship free when using the FREE SHIPPING code at checkout.
