The Meaning Behind the Lucky Lotus Name
The lotus flower is one of the most symbolic flowers in the world. It grows in muddy water but rises above the surface to bloom into something beautiful and pure. Because of this, the lotus often represents growth, resilience, creativity, and transformation.
In many ways, needlepoint is similar. You start with a blank canvas and slowly build something beautiful stitch by stitch. What begins as a grid of tiny squares becomes a finished design over time.

Why Pink and Green Became the Lucky Lotus Colors
When I was developing the brand, I knew I wanted colors that felt happy, fresh, and instantly recognizable.
Pink and green stood out immediately.
These colors remind me of spring, flowers, and growth—all things that connect naturally to the lotus symbol. Pink especially felt right because lotus flowers are often depicted in beautiful shades of pink.
Today these colors have become part of the Lucky Lotus identity and appear throughout my needlepoint canvas designs.
How the Lucky Lotus Logo Evolved
Like many creative projects, the brand has evolved since the beginning.
When I first launched Lucky Lotus, the logo was much different. As the brand grew, my design style evolved and the Lucky Lotus aesthetic became clearer.
The updated logo reflects the colorful, playful spirit of the brand and ties in closely with the themes you’ll see across my needlepoint collections.
Building Lucky Lotus, One Stitch at a Time
Lucky Lotus Needlepoint started as an idea and quickly grew into something much bigger than I ever expected. What began with a few designs has grown into a collection of canvases and projects designed to be both beautiful and fun to stitch.
